Dario Health. Corp. DRIO: Healthcare/Diagnostics & Research - DRIO is a company that is dealing with chronic healthcare issues through insurers, especially diabetes. Dario continues to win contracts, and is working towards becoming a standard of healthcare.

A complete new senior management team has been installed since current CEO Steve Fife assumed that role on a permanent basis in February 2021, culminating in the important launch of the company’s LV360 strategic initiatives in March 2023. LFVN is financially very strong with no debt and $1.38 per share of cash on its balance sheet. The business model is asset light, so typically over 100% of net income is converted to free cash flow.

Anticipating positive EBITDA and has been buying back stock.
Processa Pharmaceuticals PCSA : Healthcare /Biotech - Is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on developing the next generation of chemotherapeutic drugs to improve the efficacy and safety for more patients suffering from cancer. Its drugs are modifications of existing FDA-approved oncology drugs resulting in an alteration of the metabolism and/or distribution of drugs while maintaining the existing mechanisms of killing the cancer cells. Its pipeline includes three Chemotherapy drugs.
Sealsq Corp. LAES : Technology/Semiconductors - Recently spun out of WiseKey through an IPO. The company has created an energy savings semiconductor that will also produce its own coin, that will be backed in dollar increments. They focus on selling integrated solutions based on Semiconductors, PKI and Provisioning services, while developing Post-Quantum technology hardware and software products. Solutions can be used in a variety of applications, from Multi-Factor Authentication tokens, Smart Energy, Smart Home Appliances, and IT Network Infrastructure, to Automotive, Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
SPG Sacks Parente Golf SPGC : Consumer Cyclical/ Leisure - Accomplished management team with proven golf industry experience (Callaway, TaylorMade, Ben Hogan Golf, Top-Flite, etc.). Innovative putters and the recently introduced Newton branded line of golf shafts may be a rare “homerun” product in the golf equipment market that rarely has homeruns.
